Submission Guidelines

To keep our space safe, respectful, and high-quality, please follow these simple guidelines:

  1. Word Count: 600–1200 words (flexible for personal stories).
  2. Tone: Warm, honest, and neuro-affirming — no judgmental or clinical language.
  3. Originality: Submissions must be your own, unpublished work.
  4. Language: Please use people-first or identity-first language as you prefer (e.g., “autistic person” or “person with autism”).
  5. Respect: Be kind and inclusive — no medical claims or unverified advice.
  6. Optional: You may include a short bio (5–6 lines) and a clear photo if you’d like to be featured.
